We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn jewelry in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Pierced earrings cannot be returned once the sealed packaging is opened, for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty.
Every piece we sell is backed by hands-on craftsmanship since February 1992. When you buy from Classique, you buy from the people who actually work on jewelry.

Classique Jewelry is a family owned store at 4248 White Plains Road, in the Wakefield neighborhood of the Bronx. Lancelot Nelson opened the doors in February 1992 and still works the bench today. More than thirty years on, we are one of the longest standing independent jewelers in the borough.
We serve every budget. A sterling silver chain gets the same care as a diamond ring, because the person buying the chain is often the same person who comes back years later for the ring.
Every repair is done in house, on our own bench, never sent out to a third party. It is why people trust us with a grandmother's watch or a ring that has been in the family for decades.

We size it here instead, by hand at our Bronx bench, by a jeweler with
over 30 years at it, in about the same time Quality Gold
would take. Any gold removed is yours and comes back with the ring.
We will price it for you first, since it depends on the piece.

Lay it on a ruler and measure straight across the inside, edge to edge,
in millimetres. Match that to the table below. This is the more accurate of the two.
If you don't
Wrap a strip of paper or a piece of string around the base of the finger, snug but not
tight. Mark where it overlaps, lay it flat against a ruler, and read the length in
millimetres. That is the circumference.
