Classique Jewelry Inc. is a family owned jeweler in the Wakefield neighborhood of the Bronx, New York, open since 1992. We sell fine jewelry online to customers across the United States and in our shop on White Plains Road, and we repair jewelry and watches at our own bench in the shop.

What we sell

Fine jewelry in 10K, 14K and 18K gold (yellow, white and rose) and in sterling silver.
Rings, wedding bands, chains, necklaces, pendants, bracelets, bangles, earrings and charms.
Diamond jewelry, birthstone jewelry, religious jewelry and men's jewelry.
Personalized pieces: name necklaces, initials, engraved pieces and family birthstone jewelry.

Every product page states the metal and karat of the piece. The price shown is the price you pay. Where a higher price is shown crossed out, it is the manufacturer's suggested retail price.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only.
Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more. Standard shipping on orders under $75 is $16.
2 day shipping is $25 and overnight shipping is $50, counted from the day your order ships.
You get an email with a tracking number when your order ships.
Personalized pieces such as name necklaces are made to order and ship in about 7 to 10 business days.
Rings that need sizing usually ship in 3 to 5 business days.
If a piece is out of stock, we contact you with a date before going ahead.

Returns and warranty

30 day returns on unworn pieces in their original packaging, counted from delivery.
To start a return, call or email us first with photos of the piece. We send a return authorization within 1 business day.
Not returnable: earrings, for hygiene; personalized, engraved or custom pieces; rings sized to order; and final sale items.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the piece is defective or we made a mistake, in which case we pay it.
Refunds go back to the original payment once the piece arrives and is inspected, usually within 5 to 10 days.
Every piece comes with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Paying

We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Checkout is handled securely by Shopify, and we never see or store your card number.

In the shop

Jewelry repair: ring sizing, chain and clasp repair, soldering, loose or missing stones, pearl restringing and engraving.
Watch repair: batteries while you wait, crystals, crowns, bands and full servicing.
Custom jewelry: bring a sketch, a photo, or old gold you no longer wear, and we design the piece with you.
Every repair and custom job is quoted first. No work starts until you have a price and have agreed to it.
Repairs are also taken by mail from anywhere in the United States.
