We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn jewelry from the date of delivery confirmation. International customers: your 30-day window begins from your confirmed delivery date.
Tip: Inspect your jewelry immediately on arrival. If anything is wrong, contact us within 48 hours for priority handling.

- No scratches or damage

- Earrings (hygiene policy)
- Personalized, custom, or engraved items (names, birthstones, monograms, or anything made to your specification)
- Final sale items
- Worn or customer-damaged
- Sized rings (non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable once the order is placed)

Send photos for inspection
Send clear photos of the item, including the original packaging and any defect or damage. We inspect the photos before authorizing a return, so please include them with your first message to avoid delays.

Get your return authorization
We will send you an RA number and full instructions within 1 business day.

Ship to us
Package securely and send to: Classique Jewelry Inc., 4248 White Plains Rd, Bronx, NY 10466. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error, in which case we cover it.

🔄 Exchanges
Size exchanges: One free size exchange within 30 days for rings purchased in a stocked size, and for bracelets (unworn). Rings sized to order at our bench cannot be exchanged once sized (see Section 2).
Style exchanges: Return your item and place a new order. We process both simultaneously to minimize wait time.
