- Unworn and unused with all original tags
- In its original packaging and presentation box
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
- Free from scratches, tarnishing, or damage

Return Shipping Costs
Domestic Returns (US):

- Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping ($15.99)
- Free Return Shipping: On orders over $300
International Returns:
- Defective/Wrong Item: We reimburse return shipping costs up to $50
- Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping (typically $25-45)
- Free Return Shipping: On orders over $500
- Important: Use trackable, insured shipping method for returns
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your jewelry immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is:
- Defective or damaged
- Wrong item or missing components
- Significantly different from description
We'll evaluate the issue immediately and make it right with expedited replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and customization reasons:
- Earrings (for health and safety reasons)
- Custom/Personalized jewelry (engraved, sized, or special orders)
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
- Items worn or damaged by customer
Exchanges
Size Exchanges: For rings and bracelets, we offer one free size exchange within 30 days if the item is unworn.
Style Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange for a different style is to:

- Place a new order for your desired item
- We'll process both simultaneously to minimize wait time
